Short version: the calculator runs entirely in your browser, we never ask for or store what you type into it, and we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.

Calculator inputs. Everything you enter into the calculator is processed in your browser with client-side JavaScript. Those figures are never transmitted to us, and we do not store them.
Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic — for example, which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located (from IP address), what device or browser is used, and whether the calculator gets used. That last item is a single anonymous event that records only that an interaction happened — never the figures you entered. This information is collected and processed by Google on our behalf. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure repeat visits and sessions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The calculator itself works with cookies disabled.
This site is intended for parents and other adults planning on behalf of a child. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
You can opt out of analytics using the tools above, or by using a browser or extension that blocks trackers. Because we don't collect personal information directly, there's no account to delete.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
